Principal Consultant: Dr. Norm Dray
Norm has over 30 years of successful leadership experience. He has worked as a CEO in large and small organizations and has broad consulting experience. Dr. Dray has done extensive work to help organizations develop strategic plans and he has facilitated multiple successful planning processes.
Norm has consulted for a variety of agencies including: the Public Schools Boards of Saskatchewan; the Saskatchewan Association of Immigrant Settlement and Integration Agencies (SAISIA); Saskatoon Tribal Council; Muskeg Lake First Nation; and many others. Dr. Dray has worked internationally with groups from China and Jamaica.
